SEASONAL FOCUS

The Santa Fe Farmer’s Market is the real deal.  Only locally grown fruits and vegetables can be sold there, so it truly represents the bountiful summer heaven that Santa Fe is for food lovers.  As the farmers offer them to us, our menu items will include their meats, salad mix, carrots, onions, arugula, spinach, beets, tomatoes, squashes, peaches, radishes, potatoes, chard, leeks, turnips, broccoli raab, cabbage, apples, goat cheese, mushrooms, cucumbers, sweet peppers, eggplant, herbs, mustard greens and other items grown in New Mexico.
